Daughter suffering with periods

She is 13 has been suffering with really heavy bleeding, being sick and awful tummy aches
Missing school

She has just started on a contraceptive pill

Hoping this will solve issues

I used to be like this at that age. Often sent home from school with nausea/puking due to period. My mother has endo and the doctor thought it could be early that but now in my mid twenties now i would say only an odd month in the year I would have some pms. Literally wouldn’t even know!

I never went onto the pill as i, even at that age, was into natural/alternative treatments and had read things about the effects. What worked for me was reducing sugar, soooo hard at that age, but it really helped.
