Juicing but not for weight loss

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone uses their juicer to supplement their diet. I’m looking to get a little bit more veg and fruit in for health benefits. I’ve not found much info out there about this style of juicing? I hoped it would help inject a little bit more secret veg in to my increasingly fussy 5yo and also have a nutritional boost for my shift working Dp.
Could someone advise me if there is a good and simple way to take juice to work?

Thanks!

It's not great as to make them palatable you need a fair amount of sugar. Yes it's natural sugar but it's still not great. Plus if you juice rather than blend you lose the fibre.

However, I get very little fruit and veg so find a kale, spinach and pineapple smoothy better than nothing!

I tried blending smoothies but I think I prefer the textures of juice. I think it’s the thickness. Stupidly hadn’t thought about losing the fibre

Yeah, juices are bad. Just liquid sugar and minimal nutrients.
