Where can I buy summer clothes for a larger person (me!)?

I am going away in a few weeks and I have gained a lot of weight.

I have ordered some swimsuits from M&S but didn’t like the look of their clothes. I need some things for the cooler evenings, maybe leggings with dresses or even jeans. I am looking for advice please on where I can buy summer clothes online only. I cannot face the shops. I would appreciate any help please. Thank you. :)

I'm same size and best shorts I have bought are Boden 9 inch leg.

Richmond or chino (Richmond looser on waist so depends on shape)

But quite expensive unless in sale

Last summer I got a few nice easy wearing bits from 'made in italy' I'm not happy with my body at the moment either.

I just Googled and this company do their stuff and have some summer stuff on sale (plus their models aren't 6ft skinnies so you get a real feel for the clothes on people of different shapes and sizes.

New Look and ASOS are both good and reasonably priced.

Definitely second Violeta by mango. Their flowy baggy trousers are great. With sparkly flats (or heels, but I can't wear them) they are a great evening option. shop.mango.com/gb/plus-size/trousers-baggy/flowy-baggy-trousers_33070579.html?c=56&n=1&s=prendas_violeta.familia;426,422 Also in rust or black.

Their v neck linen tops are also lovely. Hush harems are great with a bold coloured linen top just slightly tucked in, lived in that last summer. Bought this swimsuit off Amazon which is nice, gives quite a nice hourglass shape although I do prefer bikinis on holiday www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B071P84J76/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?psc=1&tag=mumsnetforum-21&ie=UTF8

Also bought these last summer (or something very similar) and am still living in them now with biker boots www.marksandspencer.com/printed-ankle-grazer-peg-trousers/p/p60207489?image=SD_01_T57_6991_Y4_X_EC_90&color=BLACKMIX&prevPage=plp so so comfy and I just wore with knotted plain white shirts, aforementioned bold colour tees or very fine jumpers.

Search for lagenlook on eBay and lots of lovely cotton and linen tops and dresses will come up.

Thank you so much, getting lots of lovely ideas. I’m beginning to feel excited about my holiday even if I’m hating my body still. X
