I'm trying to eat less crap in general as don't do diets and I don't have good and bad foods as I've worked hard to repair my disordered eating and appalling relationship with food. I've said I won't eat anything once I've had dinner (we eat between 5 and 6) but I've been so hungry the last 2 days. I'm a bugger for snacking in bed at night while reading and I need to put a stop to it.
I've had:
B: porridge with vanilla rice milk and golden syrup (was vile. Will use normal milk tomorrow)
L: poppyseed bagel with a thin layer of vegan mayo and Mexican cheese
D: beetroot and pumpkin burger (no bread) with homemade oven chips, petit pois, cranberry sauce and vegan mayo.
Snack: handful of dried mango and 4 Cadbury's mini eggs
I'm not vegan but don't eat eggs if I can help it hence the vegan mayo.
I've walked 6.5 miles today
Yesterday I did an 8.5 mile bike ride and a 4 mile walk. The walks involve big hills so gets me sweaty and slightly out of breath. The walking is the school run (5 miles. Got a lift one way yesterday) which I do every week day anyway.
I'm breastfeeding but only twice a day now. Sometimes 3.
No idea of the calories as don't count them. Obsessing about calories is so boring ime and changes to diet and lifestyle need to be not too drastic so as to be maintainable for long term results.
I'm really missing my evening snacks but feeling good that I've cut down about half my food intake by cutting snacks.
BMI is 24 so aiming for generally healthier, not drastic weight loss.
