I called the Indian Visa helpline and was told I shouldn't believe what people on the helpline told me.

I’m surprised that somebody has given National Rail Enquiries a good report. They can’t bloody speak English properly. Try explaining the difference between Carnforth (Cumbria) and Garforth (West Yorkshire) to them. It is quite the experience.
