Hi @octoberbaby2010
I have suffered from eczema my whole life and my little boy also suffers from it although not as severe as I was as a child.

My son used to get sore, split ear lobes and my in-laws (who are Australian) recommended this...

It is amazing! I got it when we went to Australia. Would heal any really bad sores and cuts.

However for everyday use, I found Aveeno works well with my son. I also use Aveeno wash at bath time and moisturise him twice a day.

I have had lifelong stubborn eczema. I've found it's less about the product and more about the routine you follow.

Religiously following the 'soak and seal' routine with an emollient helps me. Pay special attention to making sure your DD is patted dry (not rubbed), and then applying cream within 3 mins of getting out the bath.

Doublebase is my favourite emollient as it doesn't sting. I also won't use any fragranced products and I avoid soap and use gentle cleansers instead (e.g. Cetaphil for face/body). I do bleach baths if it's really bad.

This is good advice above. Cream on regularly and on damp skin. Moisturiser doesn’t add moisture it just locks in what is there. Working this out changed my life.

Completely agree, I don’t believe there is a wonder product for eczema

I like cerave cream - soak and seal, I shower in luke warm water, don’t shower longer than 10 mins, keep the heating under 20, wear thin cotton layers, no soap, gloves when washing up/cleaning, medical grade manuka honey bandages if it gets severely infected (my derm approved - has to be medical grade not supermarket honey), keeping bedroom cool as night time is when itchiness increases

Also oat baths can be soothing. I know some people claim child farm helped their eczema but in case you didn’t know already some of their products contain fragrance and essential oils which can be irritants for sensitive skin
‘Natural’ is not always best it’s mainly marketing
