I can't tell you how happy DH and I were when we discovered a new 'Cruising with Jane McDonald'. The Australian one. We have started the first episode.

There's a warring neighbours programme, Australian I think, where they call in a local councillor (yes, not a counsellor) to mediate petty disputes about hedges etc. This is not the American one where the neighbours are all axe wielding psychos, it's a lot gentler And nobody has an axe. Or a gun. And the voiceover is very funny. Neighbours at War?

Where the Heart is. Late 90s to mid 2000s drama. About district nurses and a loo roll or paper factory if I recall! Pam Ferris, Leslie Ash, Sarah Lancashire were in it and it's sometimes repeated on ITV3. Just love/ed it!

Escape To The Country - one of my guinea pigs loves this (the other one prefers cricket and football) why do couples who claim to be 'downsizing' always want a mega huge kitchen with island?? I am gobsmacked at the tiny details that make some of the houses unsuitable. AND why do they want to move somewhere they know nothing about??
