Gohenry, Nimbl?

Hi

Does anyone have any knowledge of these prepaid cards pros and cons?

Nimbl is much cheaper than Gohenry and there is another Osper?

This would be for DS (11) for pocket money rather than large amounts of money on there

The app for Go Henry gets good reviews but it appears to be the most expensive and you have to pay everytine you put money on it.

TIA

I doubt my son will have more than about £100 in for the time being, I just want to be able to pay his Christmas money in and then bribe him top it up with a bit of pocket money as and when. Think we'll pop into our local Halifax tomorrow.

it looks like Nimbl is a montly charge too :(
Service charge (charged monthly) £2.49 per nimbl card (First 1 month free)*

I have a nimbl card for my little one and can't fault it! great for topping up and paying pocket money.

I did have a look at the free bank accounts, but they didn't offer the same level of controls which I was after. Plus nimbl is a lot cheaper than GoHenry and Osper and they also charge 50p everytime you top up, which can get so expensive!

Best to look round and get whats best for you :)

we use nimbl - really like it for my kids, they're 8 and 11 and couldn't get a card with normal bank account, especially one where I could keep my eye on their spending anyway!
