Family all inclusive recommendations for a novice

We’ve always camped but was thinking of trying an all inclusive this year. I don’t now where to begin to look. Dcs are 3,6,8 and I’d like a kids club for them. I don’t have a massive budget for this but would like something half decent. Where should I start looking? Any recommendations?

We went to Turkey last half term and found it was much better value than some other destinations. Food, kids facilities etc excellent (we went to the Hilton Dalaman but there are lots to choose with a variety of budgets).

Thank you. I’ve heard Turkey’s good for all inclusive. I’ll check that one out.

We stayed at magic natura in benidorm for our first family all inclusive and it was amazing. Free access to the zoo and water park. It's huge.

Buffet was amazing and varied. Drinks were all branded.

We'd return.

Dont know the Royal Hotel or where it is situated for beach access but I recommend Son Bou for a young family
. Loved it there when our two were tiny. (We had a villa with the family).

Isn’t the Playa Mar Aparthotel in pollensa, Majorca, the usual mumsnet recommendation? We’ve been. It was ok. Very easy as a family holiday.

The Holiday Villages are the best for the kids we’ve found. Activities and kids clubs are brilliant and it’s all incredibly easy. We’re off to the Ibiza one this year.

Did once have a holiday booked to Royal Son Bou but they changed the departure airport to Manchester and we couldn’t make it so never went. Have heard good things about it.

Thanks for all the recommendations- will check them out. Went to Son Bou when I was a kid... it’s pronably changed a bit since then.

We’ve stayed at Playa Mar in Puerto Pollensa and at Magic Natura (which is a few km out of Benidorm). We had good holidays for the kids at both of them. The food was much better at Playa Mar. The zoo and water park at Magic Natura were a huge hit for my kids.
Look carefully at what is available in terms of kids clubs though.your 3 yo is likely to be too young for a lot of them. Playa Mar was run by Thomson when we visited and had a crèche but I think it’s closed now. The clubs are also divided into age (something like 0-3/4-6/7-10 roughly) and we ended up with three kids in three different groups last time which was hopeless in terms of getting any time to ourselves. We didn’t use the kids club at Magic Natura - it was very quiet when we there and they said they didn’t want to go so I didn’t make them.
