107 times exactly. It's a movie I can put on as background sound.

Not only that but I have watched the real time titanic simulation on youtube three times as well. I find the entire tragedy fascinating.

AGHHHH · 02/01/2019 04:23

At least 10 times. Love it!

Dontbestupidagain · 02/01/2019 05:01

Once. It's bloody awful.

mumof3dds · 02/01/2019 05:07

Once. That was enough

Metheven · 02/01/2019 11:32

Once at the cinema, couldn't wait for the boat to sink so I could go home.

EmmaStone · 02/01/2019 11:38

Once at the cinema, and never the whole way through at home. It gives me the absolute rage, it's so awful. That script!

SantasBassoon · 02/01/2019 11:41

Once, to be polite at someone's house. The dialogue was so clunky, and I was willing the ship to go down sooner and faster.

Laniakea · 02/01/2019 11:42

Zero

Never watched it the whole way through. I’ve tried a few times but it just sends me to sleep.

MorningsEleven · 02/01/2019 11:50

Never. I might make it my life's mission to avoid ever watching it.

ikltownofboothlehem · 02/01/2019 11:55

Once. Never again.

BigSandyBalls2015 · 02/01/2019 11:56

Only once .... shocked by the ending, couldn’t believe it sunk

Davros · 02/01/2019 11:56

I forgot we also saw it at the cinema. The audience all laughed at a couple of parts

  • when Billy Zane was chasing Jack down the posh staircase and he shot at him but missed and shot the pineapple at the end of the bannister which he then trod on and fell over Grin
  • when a passenger lost their grip of the railings during the sinking, fell to their doom but managed to hit one of those big things for winding rope round Grin
The whole cinema laughed both times! I hate the old bag in this film too.
Nottobesoldseparately · 02/01/2019 12:03

Twice
First time at the cinema.
Second time last night.

I quite enjoyed it but it made me bloody angry, there was no need for such a huge loss of life.

MeetOnTheledge · 02/01/2019 12:06

Once, at a packed cinema, with a splitting headache induced by someone wearing strong perfume. That was enough.

LuluJakey1 · 02/01/2019 12:12

I hated it. It drags on. I was willing it to sink. The film is actually longer than the real-life sinking.

dontgobaconmyheart · 02/01/2019 12:14

Haha just once, and that was more than enough, possibly too much Grin.

JustMarriedAndLovingIt · 02/01/2019 12:36

A minimum of 10! And I still hope that the ship won’t hit the iceberg 😂

AnnaMagnani · 02/01/2019 12:40

It's dreadful. If you've never watched it, skip the first half and just focus on the good bit where the ship sinks.

brizzledrizzle · 02/01/2019 12:44

Once. It gave me that sinking feeling and I never watched it again.
We were on a Norwegian cruise a few years ago and saw icebergs from the ship, Titanic was, oddly, one of the films available to watch Shock

leghairdontcare · 02/01/2019 12:44

ignoring anyone who says bad things about movie

I saw it twice in on day when it came out and have seen it many times since - couldn't put a number on it.

If nothing else it invokes the feeling and optimism I has as a young woman. Also I love Leonardo DiCaprio.

FestiveGanesh · 02/01/2019 13:21

Never, and I intend to keep it that way. Never seen ET or Dirty Dancing either. Thankfully.

ManicUnicorn · 02/01/2019 13:35

About a thousand times. Maybe even more. I saw it eight times in the cinema.😐

The last time I saw it I think it was on either E4 or Film 4. If Channel 5 have the right to it now then it will probably be on every other week for the foreseeable future, they show the same films over and over again.

TSSDNCOP · 02/01/2019 13:37

Baby potato with a quiff

Spot on.
