Healthy grab and go breakfasts

Hi all

I have about two stone to lose. I'm a real breakfast eater but am always in such a rush in the mornings to get DS to nursery and to get myself ready to be at work by 7.30am that I can never get breakfast eaten before I leave the house. So I need ideas for healthy grab and go breakfasts to take with me to eat at work in my lunchbox, preferably slimming world friendly! Thanks!

I don't know if it's slimming world friendly, but how about prepare a tub with plain yoghurt and a sprinkling of no sugar muesli and seeds (pumpkin, flax, sunflower), then slice a banana on it when you get to work?

Egg muffins are easy to prepare, kind of like a fruitless quiche. Mix eggs with things like spinach, good quality ham, courgette, peas, plenty of seasoning, maybe some feta or goats cheese and pour into muffin cases/tin, then cook.

Should say crustless not fruitless!

How about some overnight oats? Just put oats, yoghurt, fruit in a tub the night before. There are lots of recipes on the internet to get the ratios of oats to liquid/yoghurt right.

Fruit and yoghurt

I used to make a batch of breakfast muffins and freeze them, and grab one and a banana for breakfast.
I like savoury things so they were flour/eggs/milk/ham/parmesan
Don't know SW but they didn't have any sugar.

40g porridge oats
70ml apple juice
2 heaped dessert spoons of quark
Mix and leave for 15 mins to make a protein-rich Bircher muesli.

I'm in a rush too but i manage to eat something at home - i find it less hassle all round than spending time prepping and packing a take out breakfast. My go to is a slice of toast spread with peanut butter~200 cal with some swigs of tea and with a banana at 10.30 ish. This keeps me going until lunch.
