IF you were sentenced to a year in prison

And then fell into a coma on the day of your sentence and then woke up on the day of your release, would you still have to do the time? Or redo it? Or would they just let you go 🤔

I wonder if you will ever get to the stage where the government insist on a medically induced coma to make prisoners easier and cheaper to look after whilst incarcerated you could get a lot more in a smaller space and wouldn't need as many guards

On the other hand, no chance of prisoners learning from incarceration. Then again, no bad habits learned either!
