If you’re more culturally literate than me....what is is this Christmas present?

A Chinese family friend has given several of us the following. Are they auspicious tokens? Christmas tree decorations?

I would assume they are a gift from the pharmaceutical company to employees.

Yeah I googled VFEND too. He doesn’t work for Pfizer but might have a connection through work. It’s the thought that counts......even if they are drug company freebies! (Not as bad as the time an employer gave me a small KLM-branded alcohol-filled ceramic ornament as a present for holding everything together while they were on holiday.)
