Looking to join the NT am I right in thinking if we join the Scotland NT which is cheaper we can use it all over the UK?

Yes, they are specifically NT Scotland stickers but they are valid at all NT England places. I don't think NT England issue stickers anymore. They have cards that can be scanned instead.
