what decent paid career/ job would you recommend to someone with social anxiety that doesn't need a degree?

I have social anxiety and have only ever been able to get nmw jobs. I don't want to go to university but would love to do a job thats challenging my brain and earns ok but at the same time is sympathetic to my social anxiety.

Does anything even exist?
Am.i asking for the moon on a stick?

Op here, I just came across this whilst woken up by next doors dog and couldn't sleep!

I remember when I wrote this, I had a little toddler and looking at work options. The year after I found an admin role in a college which was okay but very low paid left after a year and then went into a payroll job which was horrendous. Only lasted 9m!

I'm now working for my local authority doing admin! But the role is a bit technical with mapping software etc. I really enjoy it and the people are great.

So grateful to be in this position, looking back at how I was 6 years ago. Gosh, time flies though!
