How much would you say this job is offering/paying?

It doesn't say a salary.

On the actual application, it says "What is your salary now and what is your expected salary for this role?"

I really want the job. It's really close by to my house! Should I downplay salary because of this? Obviously I'll be honest about my current salary of £32,000 but I get the impression TUI won't be paying me that much.

Thank you!

I have two friends who work for Tui and they don't get paid that much. One still does this job now; one seems to do slightly different duties but I don't know if officially she has a different job now or if it's just a variance.

There's two schools of thought here. Put down what you want and if they can do it, they'll contact you and you stand the best chance of negotiating a higher salary. Or put down the minimum you'd accept; and give yourself the maximum chance of progressing, but less chance of being able to negotiate a salary much more than what you've said.

Best of luck Thanks

I'd expect that salary for that job. I'm a PA and often see positions for 50/60 grand 🤷‍♀️

What's your current role?

If it's about wanting a role that suits you that's nearby, just say that your current salary is £32K and you'd be hoping for something in a similar area.

It depends on the role though. Some PA roles would be overpaid if they earnt £25k. Some command more than double that.

Know your worth though, and don't be afraid to ask for it.

I’d expect similar for that role , dependent on location. As previously said some PAs get paid more.

Thanks all, I'm currently Pa to a managing director. So not a multiple person PA, which doesn't really work in my favour.

I have said I'm on £32k, would be looking for similar. Willing to negotiate
