Only a few days into the holidays and already I am annoyed with them not getting dressed. I'm not insisting on early mornings and getting dressed straight away but surely it's not unreasonable to be washed and dressed by lunch time??

My 18 year old puts on her pyjamas as soon as she enters the house. I hate it especially when she comes to the dinner table in them.
I don't really understand the pyjama love that seems to have developed in recent years.
All the Christmas Eve pictures of families in matching pyjamas are a bit odd and cringy.
I love a lazy morning but have no desire to spend all day with baggy arse trousers and my boobs flapping around.

SoyDora strange, isn't it? I don't entirely understand WHY I feel like that. I think part of it is a weird guilt at not being 'up and out,' even if no one else knows! But a shower does just instantly make me feel better.

Well who knew pyjamas were such a thing?!

ladybird I feel the same. I find it a bit depressing if I'm not dressed. But hey ho, each to their own!

When my kids were young they'd be up and dressed every morning without fail because we'd go out earlyish to the park/seafront, in all weathers with the dogs, but if they wanted to strip off and run around in their underwear once we got home I'd be fine with that, just as I am now they're teenagers and stay in their onesies until if/when they decide to go out. I don't see the problem. After all,if you can't be comfortable in your own home where can you be?
