Just nosy!

Brunch booked at 10.45am

Would you have anything to eat beforehand?

No. I’m only having my breakfast (guess it’s now brunch) now despite being up since 7am due to being busy. Usually get up at 6am and first eat at 11am in the week.

Biggest drip feed ever!

Hmm

A 10k is hardly a marathon.

Just back after lovely long brunch. Was hungry when arrived but not on my knees or even close... it was 10.45, had a cappuccino whilst waiting for food and then really enjoyed food.

What a weird situation! If I was up at the crack, I'd have breakfast and lunch. Brunch is for when you get up too late for breakfast and have a hangover

Not usually but if I was up very early I might have a small portion of fruit with yoghurt.

I’d have had a snack before the run. But then the only reason I run is so that I can justify extra meals.

I don’t need anything before a 10km run. It’s only a 45-50min workout and so it’s okay to do fasted. Think it’s important to take time to be hydrated though.

I have breakfast before I go out for breakfast! Seriously, I have to eat straight away when I wake up.

I struggle with hotels because you have to get up and dressed and wait for everyone else to do the same before you can eat.
