Is my 18 month old eating enough, too much, the right foods?
Today as an example:
Breakfast
Scrambled egg, crumpet, whole banana
Snack
Rice cake and yoghurt
Lunch
Ham and tomato sandwiches
Raisins
Pom bear crisps
Biscuit or sliced pear (if he'll eat it)
Snack
Cup of whole milk followed by nap
Dinner
Spaghetti bolognese or shepherds pie and veg
Yoghurt or other pudding
Bedtime
Cup of whole milk
Any suggestions would be perfect!
