What to serve with gammon on Christmas eve?

Just me, dh and 2 ds. Was thinking macaroni cheese and salad rather than something too Christmas dinnery. Any other ideas?

Always cauliflour cheese and roast potatoes with gammon failing that chips and an egg .

We always do it with cauliflower cheese, red cabbage and chunky chips. But it would also be nice with creamed leeks and baked potatoes or egg and chips. Macaroni cheese sounds great.

Braised red cabbage and dauphinoise potatoes, or coleslaw and baked spuds.

It is law, that gammon must be served with cauliflower cheese 😁

Onion Sauce and white cabbage. Really nice yum yum 😋

Fried eggs. Piles of chips (today, I recommend Aunt Bessie's crinkle cut) and frankfurters.
