Is having chronic, low level illness type stuff normal?

I'm really struggling with stupid, chronic stuff that will never go away.

I have dry eye syndrome that I have to manage very carefully. I develop infections and my cornea breaks down if I don't follow my regime for cleaning and doing the drops. I've just had to take a course of oral antibiotics for this as I developed little abcesses along my lower lid.

I have a dodgy right foot which I keep accidently injuring. I've spent money on custom orthotics and can't wear normal footwear.

Ten years of very painful sinusitis which needs loads of sprays, washouts and steroid stuff for. I also have to avoid milk as this makes it worse. A trip to a shop that has scented products like candles can land me in bed on painkillers all the next day.

Gallbladder pain which is due to a problem with the duct and I have to manage carefully with diet and sometimes take medication.

I'm allergic to mainstream products so I can't wear makeup or use normal facial washes etc. I have to buy bland, unscented stuff and keep everything to a minimum.

I can't drink or eat certain things or I end up with cystitis and infection as there's something wrong with my bladder.

I know none of these things are serious or life threatening, but, if I make one slip up in my management of them, I'm in pain or feeling ill. Sometimes I forget or make a mistake, like rubbing my eye if it's itchy or kneeling on my foot and that's it. Some of the things I use set the other things off, so that gets confusing. I seem to spend any spare money after food, on healthcare products.

Does anybody else experience this? This has been going on for years and years as well.
