This year I won something in the school raffle for the very first time - a bottle of alcohol free wine!

I won three great prizes at the school raffle cos I’m blowing the teacher who drew the tickets.

It’s ok, I don’t think anyone in the Village or on the PTA suspects anything. We’re pretty discreet.

Best, wine at the school tombola.

Worst, use of a brand new Audi convertible for a weekend won at the school ball, I was too embarrassed to go to the swanky Audi garage to claim it so never used it.

Best was a pass for 6 children to go to a soft play session (except I didn’t actually use it as it had a very short expiry date and I couldn’t find anyone to help me out with 6 children and didn’t fancy tackling that one on my own)

Worst was a pass to a leisure centre than on further inspection was actually a free pass that was given out to anyone who fancied visiting for the day anyway.

Best = A bath bomb
Worse = A two year out of date box of Mint Matchmakers ( they were damp and slimy )
I haven't been to many this Christmas

Best: A solid 2ft high chocolate snowman from a very fancy local cake maker/chocolatier, It’s probably worth £75.
Worst: a half used bottle of perfume.

I saw the prizes I had donated last year having been gifted them the year before come back again this year, so I didn't dare enter in case it carried on forever (costco bubble bath & lotion gift set)

My 7 year old won a £20 Tesco voucher which was pretty good.

Worst: DS (6) got a pack of 3-4 y girls Disney princess knickers. We tried to swap but wasn't allowed!
Best: Family ticket for to watch some swimming at the Olympics in 2012.

Only won one prize ever, which was a decent bottle of Prosecco.

FlirtyMumFromTheVillage - classic! But I’ve got news for you - people do suspect! But she was told to get a grip and get over it so I think you’re in the clear
