I think there's some kind of royal protocol about royal boys under a certain age wearing shorts. William and Harry did it too.

Charlotte looks so much older than she is, she's 3.5 years but looks similar Inn age to George. She's beautiful though, William will have. His hands full haha

George looks exactly like his dad at the same age. And Charlotte looks like the Queen. Louis is more like the Middleton side.
