Why would anyone order from Waitrose online?

I'm a loyal Ocado customer but my head was turned by an offer from Waitrose online offering 20 pounds of my first three shops with them. I was not impressed, things missing on the delivery, the website is not user friendly and often freezes, it's a pain to add anything extra as a result, the choice of food is inferior and the ocado basics range is usually a few pennies cheaper than waitrose essentials so I wouldn't be saving money if it wasn't for the offer. Why do people order from them? I can't wait to go back to Ocado next week!

I stopped using Ocado when they put raw chicken in a bag with strawberries, butter and
Cheese.
The driver said it was common, I phoned Ocado to point out the recent study which showed raw chicken packaging is full of nasty bacteria. They didn’t care and
said they had no control, as the packing is in a massive warehouse, by computers. I don’t fancy sellmanella on my butter, so I took my business elsewhere.

I’ve never had a problem with substitutions from Waitrose and I like that you can get slots at shorter notice than I ever could at Ocado.
I prefer Ocado’s website but their delivery pass was way too high and I never got discounts and vouchers like I do with Waitrose, plus they are misogynous wee shites so I’m Waitrose all the way now.

Got some Waitrose biscuits that were £3.49 in Waitrose and £4 on ocado! Only a day or so apart. Ocado can have good offers but isn't v cheap and I don't like it for fresh fruit and veg unless you want a whole bag of something.
