And you have guests over, or to stay...

Do you expect they will look in it?

Would you/do you remove some of the sensitive contents on that basis?

I'd end up with the whole nativity scene.

😆

She'll actually have full run of the house because DS and I will visit our family for Christmas and leave for a few days. She can go to town then. I should develop a thicker skin really. Depression alters my will and clarity a lot though.

The ironic thing is that DP has actually moved out, because living together wasn't working for us. But he's in no way able to accommodate them at the moment as he's getting his place ready, so I've agreed it's easier and more spacious they come here.

I must be bonkers.

They are very sweet, just a completely different family set up. It's very normal for all business to be discussed. And on a short stay that's very intense. At least it's rare for me, their DIL in their home country has it on a daily basis. DP used to come to mine everyday on some excuse to get out of his place when they were staying with him and we were just dating.

One time he returned home to find his DM on her knees scrubbing his rug while he was out.

Anyhow next year they'll be in another place.

We have male sex toys, perhaps I should hang them on the tree the evening before I leave? See if anyone notices?
