Wow I love it. I could live like that if I were a millionaire.

FrenchFancie · 29/11/2018 14:52

Too much black!
And the garden is just that wee patio bit. Tbh it would suite me, that garden, as I hate hate hate gardening with a passion....

youngestisapsycho · 29/11/2018 14:53

Perfect size garden for me!

Caprisunorange · 29/11/2018 14:53

What do you mean where is the garden? There are pictures of it, patio’d over

memoriestwilight · 29/11/2018 14:53

They've obviously extended and eaten into the garden.

Cuzcothellama · 29/11/2018 14:54

Teeny courtyard garden! Obviously someone lives there who isn't bothered about a garden. I'm not a fan of all the black / grey, although the house is big & light enough to take it.

DoingMyBest2010 · 29/11/2018 14:54

there is was a garden, it's just paved over :-)

Caprisunorange · 29/11/2018 14:55

Also it’s on the floor plan Grin 26*22ft ish

EachandEveryone · 29/11/2018 14:56

I know but where would the cats play? Im also worried about cleaning the glass. Loving the Grace Jones frame

It's not much garden for the money!

I'd use my imaginary lottery win for something like this instead

It’s a low maintenance party garden, rather than a gardener’s or family garden. As for the size, it fairly normal to get a postage stamp sized garden in London (lots of cities, tbf).

sollyfromsurrey · 29/11/2018 15:03

If you can afford a £5m house, you can afford to pay someone to clean the windows.

Meh, lots of people don't hanker after a garden. It's like saying 'but where's the Jacuzzi' or 'where's the home cinema'. Lots of people don't rate those things.

flumpybear · 29/11/2018 15:05

@FreakForHummous - lovely!! But then stopped dead at the mirrors above baths .... really who would do that .... then I saw the duck house and realised it must be a politicians house who charges to his expenses Wink

wowfudge · 29/11/2018 15:07

If you had the money for that house, you'd be paying someone else to clean the glass. That crittal wall alone will have cost a fortune. Love the stainless steel island.

InfantaSybilla · 29/11/2018 15:07

I rather like the decor but for £5m I wouldn't want to be semi-detached (!)

skintbutok · 29/11/2018 15:09

It would be easy to decorate, two tins of paint for the whole house.

RiverTam · 29/11/2018 15:10

very usual for a lot of London houses to have very little garden - and more and more people are extending into what little garden they do have. I know of 2 families with 3 kids each who have tiny gardens, I just don't get it.

We are very lucky in that we are in inner London (zone 2) with a 70 foot garden. I love seeing my garden every day, I think people underestimate the value of being able to see greenery and plants and wildlife.

EachandEveryone · 29/11/2018 15:11

I like this garden but the decor is too much for me www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-55505628.html

It has a 29' rear patio. We could cram about 40 of those in our back garden.

Caprisunorange · 29/11/2018 15:27

I do think it’s pretty overpriced, but I grew up in central London with a small garden like that. Ime Full old houses will always have a garden- if it’s divided into flats or maisonettes obviously only the ground floor will have the garden.

Nesssie · 29/11/2018 15:27

I love the glass but would very quickly get fed up of rubbing dirty fingerprints off it.
