Feel a bit stupid Blush but I've done chicken and fish in it, can I do burgers too?

You probably ‘can’ but that definitely doesn’t mean you ‘should’

RiddleMeThis2018 · 26/11/2018 14:12

Would they not be disgustingly soggy? (But cooked. So I guess you COULD.)

Yes... but I'm not sure why you would want to steam a burger?

The idea of a steamed burger makes me feel rather ill.

PinkHeart5914 · 26/11/2018 14:21

Why would anyone steam a burger? 🤮

Today you have failed at being an adult

BluthsFrozenBananas · 26/11/2018 14:22

I reckon if you cooked them through in the steamer then put them in a very hot frying pan to get a nice, brown outside they’d be okay. It’d be bit like using a sous vide. However it’s probably not worth the effort of using two types of cooking on burgers, you might as well grill or fry them in the first place.

It would fall apart.

Google tells me that they come out very juicy!

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 26/11/2018 14:50

Are they badger burgers?
