I worry about everything it's ruining my life. I worry about things I've said to people and how I come across. I don't like going on nights out in case I say something stupid drunk.
I'm worried that my son is going to be small. I worry that my marriage is going to end. I worry that I'm crap at my job. I'm knackered from worry

Hi OP. a certain level of anxiety is normal in day to day life. It becomes an issue though when it starts to take over and impact other things in your life and it sounds like you are feeling that at the moment. Have you seen your GP? There are some good online resources such as

www.getselfhelp.co.uk

One of the best things said to me during counselling was ‘thoughts are not facts’. If you can make enough headspace to learn a bit about thinking styles and how they link about anxiety it might help you calm those anxious thoughts.
Be careful not to neglect your physical health too as this can make those feelings worse Flowers

Me hun I had therepy sessions with talking therapies it's more unde control but still there I found face to face was the best way for me but I have very deep routed problems they tried phone sessions first and reffered me to face to face as I needed more specialised help. Talk to your gp they will help you.

They will find what works best for you in our area it always starts as phone appointment but my issues were very deep and the phone appointment was not suitable for me that doesn't mean it will be the case for you but please don't let it put you off seeking help I let things get very bad because of fear of what would happen if I admitted I was struggling.
