How can I be a (warm) Victorian woman outdoors

Helping out at an event for three days. Would prefer not to spend £bajillion, have a women’s top hat - what else do I need, and can I get it quickly online? 🙏🏼

I’ve done this when it snowed. I wore thick tights then about 3 long skirts, fur lined boots. Layers of jumpers, big coat then blanket over head and shoulders. I was surprised at how warm I kept.

A big cloak. And some sort of head covering. Warm hands will help. Hot water bottle under voluminous clothes.

Warm love for all the tips shared 💕 thank you! Most stall holders/exhibitors didn’t bother so I’ve mostly been wearing my Victorian jeans and assorted fleeces from decathlon! 😊
