Acne on chin/mouth area help

So I'm 26 years old and I'm having problems with chin/mouth area spots. Never really had acne as a teenager skins always been quite clear, until recently. So when I'm due af I get a few spots around the chin area, which alot of people do so that's no big deal. Then it started to happen more frequently and now my chin/mouth area is constantly full of spots. I don't wear much make up especially when I'm having breakouts. I don't share my make up and regularly clean my makeup brushes weekly. I'm on duac cream from the doctors and have been for 3 months now. Does seem to help but also dries my skin out. I use this cream twice daily. I face steam once a week and use pure tea tree oil on my spots then apply the duac cream. These spots are usually under the skin and very painful, they pulse. When they do come to a head I try my best not to pop but I do which they are white heads. I try not to touch my face and keep my hands and nails clean. Anyways I feel I have literally tried everything from tcp to antiseptic cream to face washes and nothing seems to be working in fact they just seem to get worse! Now I'm finding it very embarrassing to go out the house (I don't wear makeup during breakouts so they are all red and on show for the world to see!) Has anyone else had this happen or have anything they can reccommend as it's making me feel very down and embarrassed and it's pretty depressing. Sorry to go on I'm just desperate for a solution. Thanks for anyone who has any advice it would be much appreciated x

Washing your face four times a day will just make it oilier and worse.

Twice a day is fine.

Agree with hot cloth cleanser and salicylic t pads, mine is improved from this routine plus moisturiser.
