DS had a radiofrequency ablation 2 years ago for avnrt (a congenital heart defect resulting in episodes of very high bpm) He's just turned 18 and is now having irregular beats and episodes of bradycardia. Now he's an adult I can't sort this out for him and I'm so worried. He's calling the GP Monday so that he can get referred to a cardiologist but I just feel so ...useless. Don't know why I'm posting really.

I'm sure you're posting for a hand hold. He'll manage but I'm sure he knows he can count on you for support if he needs it.

DS is still primary age. He has a chronic condition that he needs daily meds for. I'm dreading the transition to teenage years when he'll have to do more for himself. I can imagine it's hard for you.
