Really sore boobs... not pregnant. Help!

My boobs have been really sore for the last 2 days. Both hurt but one side is really painful (which I'm putting down to DD leaning against that side earlier when cuddled up this morning. I am 100% not pregnant. I do however run packs of microgynon together (on advice from my GP because of very heavy periods). Could this be a result of running the packs together? I couldn't even cuddle my DD tonight as one side was so sore Sad

I would go see your GP. If you can leave your bra off.

I've suffered with this for years. In particular the right side of the right breast running from nipple to armpit with a series of lumps to boot. Been to the Drs numerous times and been referred to the breast clinic but they've said they're just cysts and to take pain relief. It's not easy when the youngest wants a cuddle or I bump myself, even stretching my arm up can be agony but pain relief does help and fingers crossed this past few months it's really calmed down.

Definitely see your GP so they can advise on pain relief and maybe do a referral just to rule anything else out.

I thought the fact that both sides are sore makes it very unlikely to be anything sinister? Or am I misinformed with that? I'm having a day with no bra on, can't leave the house unfortunately as a result but hoping that will ease the pain 🙏🏼 I'm hoping it's hormonal or something or caused by me running my packs of pills together. Just hoping it's less painful soon.
