If you could invite one famous person to your Christmas dinner who would it be and why? 😁

Peter Kay for the laughs.
George and Larry Lamb for the conversation (and a shag with George)
Michael Buble for a laugh and a sing song.
Jamie Dornan for his accent and another shag.

I don’t have a big Christmas wishlist.

Jenniferturkington · 11/11/2018 07:20

Stephen King. Post dinner horror stories would be a great addition to any family Christmas.

Gwendoline Christie, she just seems like she'd be so much fun to have around

Villanellesproudmum · 11/11/2018 21:08

Ruby Wax, think she’d be blunt and hilarious

JanetLovesJason · 11/11/2018 21:10

Chris Evans. The Captain America one.

isthatalright · 11/11/2018 21:32

Billy Connolly because I adore him.

Ruby Wax as I have recently read all her books and thinks she's an amazing, funny, and brave human

Numberonecook · 11/11/2018 21:52

Either the queen or Kathy Burke. The queen because I just love her or Kathy because she’s possibly the funniest women on earth.

Eye candy it would have to be Tom Hardy, he can leave the wife at home ;) Grin

thebear1 · 11/11/2018 21:59

Victoria Wood, still feel sad she is no longer here. If it has to be a living person J.K.Rowling so ds could chat to her.

MickHucknallspinkpancakes · 12/11/2018 10:11

@Numberonecook I had a lovely chat with Kathy Burke on a stairwell once...she sympathised with me for having to work on a bank holiday while I was enjoying a sneaky cigarette out of the window. So warm and friendly.

She was in the middle of filming "This Years Love"

She'd make great dinner company I think.

shirleyschmidt · 12/11/2018 10:40

Stephen Fry for the interesting chat
Michael McIntyre to make us laugh
Chris Hemsworth can carve up and pour the drinks 🤗

MyfanwyMontez · 12/11/2018 10:43

Brian Blessed - might a bit loud , but he’s hilarious.

MyfanwyMontez · 12/11/2018 10:43

Be a bit loud

Malibucyprus · 12/11/2018 11:04

Freddy Mercury, without doubt, he'd make a fabulous dinner guest I think.

DisgraceToTheYChromosome · 12/11/2018 12:05

If I were allowed a dead person, probably Julie d'Aubigny. Bisexual duellist, arsonist and opera star, never a dull moment. Have to brush up my French.

Of the living, Ricky Gervais. I like his mind.

Magicpaintbrush · 12/11/2018 12:33

Richard Ayoade - I think he'd be interesting and good fun

SillyLittleBiscuit · 12/11/2018 13:18

Dominic West. I met him yesterday and he stroked my dog so now I like him.

NoMalone · 12/11/2018 13:23

Graham Norton.
But from reading other posters suggestions I'm going to extend the invitation to Billy Connolly and Paul O'Grady too.

Onemorefireball · 12/11/2018 13:26

Tom Hiddlestone. I think he's find something to talk about with everyone, be funny and get stuck in playing games. Plus, I'd very much enjoy looking at him all day!

Onemorefireball · 12/11/2018 13:27

*Hiddleston Not sure where the extra e came from

Livedandlearned · 12/11/2018 13:27

Peter Kay, his books are a favourite of mine and I just love him

dreamer26 · 12/11/2018 13:29

Tom Delonge. My husband is obsessed with his music and always says he'd love to just sit down with him and have a chat haha

Paperdolly · 12/11/2018 22:18

Peter Kay here too! ❤️

FrangipaniBlue · 12/11/2018 22:38

Stephen King.

Genuinely the one person I would be utterly pee my pants star struck to meet!

TrickyKid · 12/11/2018 22:43

Noel Fielding. Funny and pleasing to the eye.
