Best/worst/funniest mistakes at a show you've been to?

Inspired by the show I saw tonight, they were dancing close to the edge of the stage and I was wondering how the audience would react if someone went too far and fell off! Thankfully nobody did.

(Although a woman did try to run off the train in a hurry after the show, tripped and broke her leg on the platform. Fuck Sad)

But yeah, has anything happened at any show you've been to?

Oh yes, years ago we were at a show of Robin Hood which was put on by various youth groups. This was in Glasgow, which is relevant.
The jailor was sleeping and one of cast "stole" his keys.
Cue a young voice from the audience, of mainly Cubs and Brownies "Ho Mister, he's nicked yer Keys"
It was hilarious and took about 10 mins for the cast and the adult audience to calm down enough for the show to go on.

We took the kids to see Paw Patrol Live... Rubble fell over whilst exiting the stage and had trouble getting back up as his costume was rather large, the other pups had to step over him to carry on performing.
Was laughing so hard and trying to be quiet, which made me sound like a truffle hunting pigGrin

Many years ago a friend belonged to an AmDram society and we went to watch one of their Pantomimes - Aladdin. Halfway through, a camel came onto the stage and we heard a little voice shouting "DADDY, IT'S A CAMEL!" Grin

I didn't witness this one, but this story has become part of our social circle folklore. Hugo and Clarissa (obv not real names) went to the theatre one evening. Hugo had had a few pints with a couple of his chums at lunchtime, so once they'd settled into their seats at the theatre he dozed off. At some point during the play the phone (on-stage) rings and rings. Hugo jerked half awake and shouted "FOR GOD'S SAKE, CLARISSA, ANSWER THAT BLOODY PHONE". Apparently it took some time for the audience and actors to stop laughing!!

At a local amateur panto a member of the cast tripped and fell down the stairs when they all came back on stage for the encore. Nearly wet myself laughing.

The whole thing was a bit of a mess though, wobbly sets, people speaking at the wrong time, tone deaf singers etc. If you want a good laugh I'd recommend am-dram.
