I am fairly new to this too @wannabebetter but it is word association to the highlighted word either through song title or band name. Highlight the word by using star at either end of word with no spaces.

You don't HAVE to embolden the word that links with the one before though - although you certainly can do that if you want. So you could have emboldened the word "boy" above, for example.
