Anyone else on sertraline- feel like I’m dying

I’ve finally decided that I need help with crippling anxiety, doctor has given me sertraline. I’m on day 6 and it’s awful, I can’t stop shaking g , sweating and my heart is racing. I know they said it might get worse before it gets better but this is worth an i was expecting .

SSRI meds don't suit me. I go on the old fashioned trycyclic ones as Prozac made me so anxious I couldn't get out of bed.

I take Dolsulepin, Buspirone, propranolol and pregabalin - every day, for my anxiety and depression. I have Diazepam for if I have a really bad anxiety attack.

I know many people on ssri meds who do well on it, they say it gets worse before it gets better.
