I sometimes make the Mary Berry sausage & potato bake, I add some courgette & aubergine. I use normal potatoes, cut up instead of new potatoes as it's cheaper. Very tasty, minimal attention required after it's all been chopped up & put in the oven.

Veg pasta bake
Lasagne
Chorizo and lentil stew
Lamb tagine
Filo pastry pie filled with veg and chickpeas
Lebanese rice and puy lentils with halloumi
Enchiladas with shredded chicken (or steak marinated with lime and cumin)
Meatloaf
Goulash
Risotto with various toppings to accommodate fussiness
Brisket (either pot roast, BBQ or Mexican style)

Sausage or chicken casserole in a slow cooker.is a favourite here.

I often roast pork chops on a sticky marinade (with veg and baby potstoes as a tray bake)

Roast chicken / curry with leftovers

Shephards pie

Pasta bake

Homemade burgers

Stew
