Matthew Wright or Jeremy Vine?

Not a popular view on Mumsnet, but I really miss Matthew Wright and wish he hadn't left!

Matthew Wright. Think he took time off to spend with his wife and new baby.

What annoys me is JV then talks about the same stuff later on his Radio 2 show! Just plain lazy.

I love love loved Matthew. I don’t watch it anymore now he’s gone. I like it when Vanessa Feltz is on but would take Anne Diamond too.

Madeforthis I think he actually left due to 'differences' with the new C5 bosses. Then there was a furore when Ann Hegarty called a trans woman (they're famous but don't know their name) a man & MW didn't apologise for it & it created a huge hoo ha. So he went to radio permanently. Not sure his wife was even pregnant when he left

Is this a really terrible version of shag, marry, kill?

JV for me. Although I liked MW too.
