3 year old having a growth spurt... healthy ways to fill her up!

Dd is nearly 3 and I think she's having a growth spurt. I myself am overweight and was never limited on (junk) food/snacks as a child so I'm cautious over what I feed dd, I'm just trying to make sure she's eating healthily.

She's always been around 95th percentile since she was born for height and weight. But the last week she has been ravenous, more so before bed time.

What healthy snacks can I give her, considering she's a veg dodger. She will happily eat veg 'in' things like stews and sauces. But wouldn't eat for example carrot sticks and hummus.

I'm upping the hidden veg that she has in meals anyway.

Breakfast she will have one of the following: scrambled eggs/omelette, porridge with fruit, toast (usually with cream cheese)

Lunch: sandwich (ham or cheese) tomatoes, cheese cubes (if she hasn't had a cheese sandwich). Homemade flap jack or raisins. Fruit - melon, grapes or a banana.

Dinner - spaghetti bolognese, cottage pie and veg, pasta bake, homemade fish fingers, fish pie.

Dd has never really asked for snacks in between so I'm a bit lost.

DD likes dipping toast/flatbed fingers into mashed avocado (I thin it out with milk to get a more dippable consistency and add calcium)

Mashed banana on toast

Fruit and yoghurt (I'd give this as a snack but then not again the same day as a pudding as trying to avoid too much fruit)

Savoury muffins/cheese scones

Toasted tea cake

Baked veggie fritters
Veg soup with pasta stars
Does she like croquettes? Loadsa of ways to include veg in those and bake them
Sweet potato instead of white

A nice warm bowl of porridge etc. Before bed will be nice. Malt loaf and butter is also filling.

Check she’s drinking enough, a lot of young children confuse thirst and hunger

Malt loaf
