Please, please share your positive experiences of P.I.P. assessments. I don't need an negative ones right now.

Have got my assessment coming up soon, and am so worried about it. I feel so frightened. I badly need reassurance.

TIA Flowers

Thanks for replying everyone.

I had the assessment and it seemed to go well. Good luck to everyone else going through the process.

Best of luck, BaronRottsSoundOfGraves. I know it's daunting. You should definitely apply though.

I first called up for an application form in September last year after being encouraged by my sister. I returned the form and had my face to face. From the first call to being awarded enhanced on care and mobility took nine weeks in total.

First time applying for pip or any benefit. Also with being 65 and reading all the negative comments was 99 percent sure I would not get it. Anyway much to my amazement got standard living ,high mobility and 10 year review. Plus my assessor was really lovely .
