Does this count as "processed food"?

I'm a bit confused about the whole processed food thing. I know we're supposed to avoid it but I'm not totally sure why. For example, I had some of these beans today in a wrap with salad and avo and a little bit of veganaise.

I suppose they are a processed food but studying the label they appear to be quite low in the wrong things and good in the high ones.

The ingredients list didn't look too sinister either:
Mixed Beans (58%, Cannellini, Haricot), Tomatoes (29%), Concentrated Tomato Puree, Onion, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Cornflour, Modified Cornflour, Garlic, Salt, Herbs, Flavouring

These are another massive, massive favourite:

They ingredients, except Guar Gum which I'm not familiar with, sound similar to what you'd put in if you made veggie burgers at home so surely it's having gone through a machine doesn't make it more unhealthy?

Does anyone know about this sort of thing? I'm trying to have a better diet all round but not always sure which advice to follow!

Yes they are processed, as in a crop goes/several crops go through a process that results in a ready to eat item. Processed isn't a synonym for unhealthy.
