DC (11 months ) fell out of his high chair this morning during breakfast. Must've catapulted himself out. Should he be taken to the doctors? I'm told he is sleeping now.

Cutie!

That’s quite a bump though.

DS launched himself backwards out of his pram during the summer- onto concrete. Picked him up and his nose started bleeding- very worrying obviously- though couldn’t be certain if he’d knocked it on the way down or not.

Felt instinctively - this is one I need checking- Whizzed him to a&e- where we sat for 6 hours waiting to see a dr- who took one Look and pronounced him fine. But I felt better for being there, where the help was, for that observation period.

If you feel he needs to be seen- have him seen.

What a cutie!
That is quite a bump.
Also, another reason to take him to get checked out today is if he were to get worse and you take him in a day or two then the drs will want to know why you left it so late and they may keep a record of it or inform SS. A friend of mine works in a hospital and they mentioned this to me a while ago.

I think your husband should take him - that's quite a bump and should be checked out just for peace of mind. Hope you are ok, what a shock for you all!

He’s absolutely lovely.
But I agree that is quite a bump and for peace of mind I would have him checked over

I got him to ring the doctor to log it at least so there is no backlash. Doctor wasn't concerned at all as I thought.
