Anyone else? I seem to have a delicate constitution and it's so annoying! Some days I get diarrhoea and have no idea what's caused it! I can barely drink as it makes me so light headed. I need alot of sleep aswell! I've always been like this and it's crap

I have had various investigations including gastroscopy and colonoscopy with biopsies for coeliac. All negative so I have an IBS diagnosis. I have endometriosis (diagnosed from a laparoscopy) and my IBS is definitely worse when I am due on/start AF. I am gluten free, Low lactose, I react to too much sugar. It’s better than it’s been in ages but it still flares up at times.

In your position, I’d be pushing for a gastro review to check they haven’t missed anything,

High pain threshold but always ill here too! Wtf?

Constitution of an ox here. Hardly ever ill. One cold every 2-3 years. (Use public transport every day). Only had a sicky bug once.

It's mad! I don't think I have endometriosis? I have pcos that's quite enough for me!!

I never get period pain either! The one thing I do get is feeling crap round ovulation like fluey?
