Noisy neighbours who seem to have council in pocket

Nc, have posted about this before.

Frankly because I got fuck all support from either council or housing association I gave up complaining/keeping diary.

It also became SLIGHTLY better, though some things have continued.

Today for almost 2 hours now VERY loud banging from upstairs neighbours, clearly hammering (wtf can need hammering for that long????)

Dd just came through (we're in our separate bedrooms TRYING to relax). It's directly above her bedroom which is the main bedroom. She was videoing for another reason and caught the worst of it by video - was so loud/violent her stuff on her drawers was shaking and her tv nearly fell!!

Wtf do we do??

I was into the council loads last winter (they seem worse in winter as home more) but frankly as one of the occupants was working at council at the time, has since left but VERY small, insular council area where everyone is friends with or related to someone there except us! We are not "locals" and I honestly believe this is why we are being dismissed and they are getting away with this shitty behaviour!

Help! Cannot do another fucking winter with VERY loud DIY every bloody weekend especially when they're doing it early mornings which is what we had before.

Selfish bastards!!

And PLEASE don't suggest moving that is genuinely not an option I bloody wish it were!

I doubt it's any DIY , they will be doing that to get at you.
I believe that putting all the bad social housing tenants into one area was tried in Wales. The place became a no go area.

Im always seeing posts on here about how people buying houses do not want to buy near HA estates but the people most likely to suffer because of anti social selfish tenants are the OTHER tenants.

Skunkhead downstairs is now on his third day in a row smoking that shit The smell has come into my flat even with the doors and windows shut it was the same thing a few weeks ago so i now know when his UC gets paid. This area went full service a year ago Christ it stinks.

im starting to wish i had a lower sense of smell.

Graph yes the bullying and aggresive behaviour usually goes hand in hand with the other shit.

I believe they were genuinely doing DIY but also deliberately doing nothing to mitigate the sound! They could have even temporarily put down some blankets or something, it sounded like they were buildings something quite big.

Helena that's shit that you're being made to smell it! There's also the passive ingestion issue which is what pisses me off. As you know my health isn't great anyway, last thing I need is adding God knows what strength of whatever whichever neighbour is smoking into that and my meds! Been feeling really off today for instance and wondering if it's that.

And yes selfishness, thoughtlessness and aggression seems to often to come along together!

Day 6 of Skunkageddon MY hall cupboard reeks of it. I reckon hes got something in his hall cupboard because the flat underneath is a carbon copy of this one. Is it wrong of me to hope he has spent his housing allowance on that shit.

Bathroom reeked of it today as well because i had to open the window to de steam

I dont think so there is a woman that comes and goes I have no idea whether shes on the tenancy agreement or whether she smokes it as well.
