Only one word for the weather here today - Dreich.

Elsewhere in Scotland I know that the current weather would be described as “minging”.

It was warm & sunny but not so hot that it was cracking t' flags, then the clouds came over and it looked like it was going to bang it down. It didn't though. It's was fair to middling.

Oooh I don't know. Personally I always just say cold, warm, hot, stormy, rainy, humid etc. Feel boring now.
