Marking place.

To be fair, I do scrambled egg in my (non-stick, moderately cheap) frying pan. Decent knob of butter. Interested in other methods, as my stainless steel pans are a right bastard to clean after anything egg-related.

Are you tight with the butter?

Bit knob of putter
Eggs in
Bit of milk or cream
Gone of pepper

Take off the hob when they look amlnost done as they will continue to cook in the saucepan off the heat

Perfect eveytime

Am also a scrambled egg afficianado, and have a Meyer Anolon anodised pan. Both cooking the eggs, and washing up afterwards is so much easier. You literally rinse off the residue, no pan scourer required.

The pan seemed expensive at the time as I previously used cheap pans, but that was 15 years ago and it is still looks brand new.

Also great for sauces and porridge. They never stick!

I have found that a small non-stick milk pan from Tesco, only used for scrambling and hidden away otherwise, is the best option. I bought it because it was cheap, I knew it would get bashed from the scrambling and I didn't expect it to last long.
It's been really good, we're about two years in and the non-stick lining is only just starting to go. I find if I immerse it in water immediately after cooking, the remains of the egg just pull away from the sides.

I've got tefal pans.

I do nothing except break the eggs straight into the pan then stir with a wooden spoon.

I add nothing at all to them not even salt or pepper!

I use Teflal. Nothing flash or expensive - it's not needed.

Good knob of butter
Eggs and milk and seasoning
Stir with wooden spoon
Remove from heat before fully cooked and allow the eggs to finish cooking in the pan.

Boom.

Oh, I should have said I have no issues with sticking or washing the pan afterwards. There is no residue.

I bought a diamond coated frying pan on sale for a tenner and it makes the best omelettes, fried and scrambled eggs. You hardly need any oil. I can't remember the brand though and couldnt find it on google.
I used to use a cheap non stick pan and replace it every year when it could no longer make the perfect pancake.

I just use an old saucepan no milk , they’re much better with out it, crack eggs in pan add a knob of butter and stir lots, never stick

Best pan I've had is a £7 frying pan. Tons better than the tefol ones I've shelled out for. Still make sure use a decent blob of butter for taste as much as making sure it doesn't stick

I use a pancake maker - it really does make perfect scrambled eggs very quickly and does not stick

Tefal pan

2 eggs
Splash of buttermilk
Pinch of salt and pepper

Bobs ya uncle!
