What to buy for someone who's always cold

I've been thinking of warm cardis or scarves, ugg boots...and running out of ideas. My ideas seem boring. It has to be something I can mail, and it's for an older male.

Any ideas?

Silk thermals. Super light, you hardly know you're wearing them, and not stinky like polypropylenes. Very warm. I buy mine from ebay.

An electric blanket is possibly the best pressie I've ever received...so warm!!! What about some nice warming drinks from Whittards or similar if the recipient is that way inclined?

I hate to say it but I wear a huge onesie when at home over the top of my clothes. Typically I will be wearing tights, tracksuit bottoms, a base layer, hoodie and then the onesie on top. It's ugly as fuck but makes a huge difference.

A cushion that's got holes in it to put your feet in. It's soft and furry. A bit of a novelty.

A heated blanket for the sofa is sooooo nice. I was given one last year and it’s so lovely to snuggle under it . I’d never have thought to get one but really get a lot of use out of it.

Some gloves from here. They are awesome. And they are recycled, so they are eco-friendly. I find they make a massive difference - and you can wear them all day and just push them up your wrists when you need to wash your hands/cook/whatever.

Oh! @TheDormouse I just ordered some of those for my elderly mother. I gave them to her today and she’s thrilled with them!

The fleecy blankets from Edinburgh Woollen Mill - I think they're called Sherpa Fleece - about £25 IIRC.

I've bought several,of these as presents for young and old - everyone adores them, they're so lovely and warm and snuggly, but lightweight. The two I bought several years ago for dd and SiL are still well used and going strong - and Gdcs (2 and 3) love them too.

@Kenworthington :)
