eBay is good, really it might be worth considering.
It's important to photograph well, use all 12 free photo allowance included.
If it's clothes measure and state. Tell people in the listing exact condition and photograph any pulls or bobbles or marks so people know. Tell them how and when you will dispatch the items.
You can do 'sell similar' once you've listed the first and it copies all the blurb so you are not typing endlessly.
I find it easier to bundle clothes and sell as small lots. The postage works out the same. I use my Hermes as it's generous weight allowance and is same price as Royal mails smallest parcel.
If you have a phone, the app is easier to use to post items. Especially for taking photos and uploading instantly.
Check listings and click 'sold items' to get an idea of current pricing for your items.
If you are clear, show lots of photos, give as much info as possible, it's usually ok.
I've listed over 1000 items now, over a few years. Just once I had to refund as the parcel didn't arrive, I then claimed back the amount from the courier.
I've not had an issue with eBay.
You'll get a fair price on eBay, I know the fees eat into it. You'll end up with 75% ish of the price it sells for.
Might be worth considering. You'll certainly get a vast amount more than weighing in clothes. You'll get approx £2.50 per blue stuffed ikea bag! It's not good.
