How accurate is your period tracking app?

I started using Flo three months ago. Came off the pill in June; had a slightly dodgy period then as expected, but August was exactly back where it used to be, and September was as expected. DP and I have mostly been using condoms; I came off the pill to give my body time to settle and we intended to start trying from June ish next year.

According to Flo; I should have come on on Saturday. I don't tend to get any PMS so I don't really have any way of knowing when to expect it, but there's no sign so far... I was a bit hungry and grouchy on Friday but that's it.

Only other things I can think of are that I'm a bit poorly (headache, ear pains, no voice... I'm mainlining Lemsip but probably not bad enough to have affected things) and that there's some work stress at the moment (but again I haven't been losing sleep or anything so maybe not bad enough!)

I'll get a test at the end of the week if there's still no sign, but how much should I be stressing?

I use clue. My periods are irregular anyway with a 7 day discrepancy each month but clue is very accurate. I wouldnt worry about one missed or late period it can happen through pregnancy/stress/illness etc. The nhs says to get checked out if you miss 3 wiyh no known reason. I have missed a couple before for no reason.

I also use clue
My cycle is all over the place so it's more useful for tracking when it starts and how long I bleed for than for actually predicting when a period will start.
