Anyone adopted brother/sister kittens?

I’m going to look at some kittens today. Mum’s a semi-feral farm cat. They’re all in rescue now. There’s 2 kittens, a boy and a girl. I know I’ll need to get them neutered ASAP but I’m just wondering if there could be anymore problems? I don’t know what really-fighting? One dominant? The male spraying?

I’ve had lots of cats throughout my life but never 2 at once.

Our pair of boys were devoted to each other, played and slept together, then one got hit by a car. His brother searched and cried for over a year.
Neutering at 3 months sounds awful, they’re unlikely to be sexually mature before 5 months and if a female did get pregnant that young she can be spayed early in pregnancy.

we have littermates, boy, girl...they get on really well, occasional boisterousness when little, chasing up and downstairs, but they get on really nicely now

Faerie is a bit of a control freak and likes to know where everyone is, she gets'cross if anyone slopes off to bed and she misses it, she'll parade about the house yowling until we answer her!
Reuben likes to pretend he cannot hear her, and will curl up very small, but you can watch his ears focusing on her calling, but he keeps his eyes tight shut and never lets on

recently Faerie has started stealing his food, but no fisticuffs, he is essentially very greedy and would eat all the live long day so she is just reminding him she is In Charge!

The only thing I will say is they are not as chummy with us as previous cats have been, I reckon it's because they have each other! We have had multiples before but never siblings.

My sister has. The sister cat of the two is more lovable and chatty, and sticks up for herself.

I had 2 male kittens from 6 weeks old. Best friends forever. One died a couple of years ago now and the other still looks for him on the chair they destroyed. Slept/played right till the end.

Never has any fighting more than play fighting. They were so cute.

They were about 10 here!

We have a mf pair! Nearly 10yo now Shock they got on well for the first year but mostly just tolerate each other's presence now. I think they did keep each other company in the early days, which was nice.

We got a brother/sister pair from the rescue centre last year. They definitely benefited from the company of each other when they were little and were far more likely to tear round after each other than to attack us/the furniture/the curtains than previous kittens we've had.

They loved cuddling up, but don't do that as much. They don't really fight for dominance, and each of them have staked out favourite places to sleep. Boycat likes lying on DH on the sofa on an evening - right under his chin or on his shoulder then sleeping on DD1's bed. Girlcat likes being out and about more, then lazes around on DD2's bed or chair. She's far more standoffish and will only sit on your lap if you are sitting in the garden, or on the edge of your bed (trying to get ready in the morning) or on your lap on the loo !
